The firm was founded by Mr. Philip LEE in 1964 as a sole proprietorship. Since then, the firm was expanded and Mr. Henry CHOW was admitted as a partner in 1976. In order to cope with the ever-changing accounting and taxation environments in China, we have tied up with associates in capital cities throughout China.Mr. LEE was qualified in 1961 from Australia, after spending 4 years there. Mr. LEE is specialised in international tax planning, corporate legal matters and China investments.Mr. CHOW obtained his practising certificate in 1976. Mr. CHOW is specialised in company audit and management.
Mr. C. S. LAW has taken over the duties of Mr. Henry CHOW since 1995. Mr. LAW is specialised in company audit and taxation.Mr. Leo Paul LEE, admitted as a partner in 2002, is responsible for liaising and servicing Japanese Corporations Since1986 we have about 50 professional staff, and such number has been maintained to prepare for next expansion as a result of the normalization policy adopted by China. At present, we have 52 professional staff including 7 qualified accountants. Most of the staff can speak English, simple Japanese, Mandarin and Cantonese. Thus, language will not present any problem. We have more than 90 Japanese clients and a thousand clients from U.K., U.S.A., Australia, Europe and Hong Kong. We have connections throughout the world, so as to enable us to serve clients in a more convenient manner.
